Any modifications requested by the Client after the project has commenced may incur additional costs and may affect the completion timeline.

5. Payment Terms

All payments must be made in accordance with the agreed contract terms. Failure to make payments on time may result in project suspension or termination.

Final payments must be made before project completion and handover. Late payments may be subject to additional charges.

6. Intellectual Property
